Do you want to improve your skiing technique on a pole machine, roller skis or cross-country skis? Submit videos of your riding and get a detailed live review via Zoom, where we go through your clips and you get concrete tips on what you can improve.

It includes:
  • Live review via Zoom: Direct feedback and analysis of your videos by a coach-trained and experienced elite skier.
  • Identification of development areas : Through a detailed analysis of your body position, upper body work, pole placement, pole pendulum and efficiency, you will receive concrete tips on how you can develop your greatest areas of improvement.
  • Space for questions: During the briefing there is time to ask questions and discuss technical details.
  • Summary after the lesson : You will receive a summary of your development areas sent to you after the lesson.

How does it work?
  • Book your technology analysis via the appointment booking: When you book an opportunity via our appointment booking, you automatically receive a Zoom link. Book your appointment under the "Time booking" tab.
  • Submit your clips for analysis:
    You can upload the videos you want analyzed via WeTransfer, Dropbox, Messenger or email before the meeting. For frequent follow-ups, we create a shared folder in Dropbox, where you can easily put your videos for ongoing analysis. See the "How to send the video clips" tab for detailed instructions.
  • Personal analysis and feedback:
    During your booked time, Petter goes through the videos you uploaded and analyzes your ski technique. You get a detailed review of what you can improve and we specify what you can work on to develop. Everything happens in real time via Zoom, where you can ask questions and receive clear instructions.
  • Continue to develop your technique:
    After each analysis, you get feedback and advice on how you can work further. When you are ready, you can easily book a new appointment for further follow-up and analysis.
Flexible use of number of occasions

Each session you purchase is equivalent to 30 minutes. You have the option to adapt and combine the opportunities to book longer or shorter sessions based on your needs. For example, you can combine two sessions for a 60-minute walkthrough.

If we notice during a session that we need more time than planned, we can extend the meeting, provided there is time available.

Examples of how you can combine occasions:

  • 1 opportunity of 60 minutes (2x30 min).
  • 2 occasions of 45 minutes (3x30 min).

In order to be able to make as accurate a technical analysis as possible, it is good if your films are of good quality. A mobile camera will go a long way, but please follow these guidelines for best results:

  • Movie quality : Avoid pixelated movies. If possible, use HD quality (at least 480p) to make the details clearer when analyzing.
  • Slow motion : If your camera can record in slow motion (60 fps or more), feel free to use this. This means that the technical details of the entire movement cycle become clearer.
  • Format : Film preferably in landscape format so that the whole body is included in the picture. In portrait format, make sure the body is not cropped.
  • Angles : Film from different directions, preferably from the side and front. If you can only choose one direction, choose the side of best analysis.
  • Terrain : Film the different techniques in different types of terrain. For example, if you want your staking analyzed, film both on flat terrain and uphill. The technique changes depending on the terrain and it can be valuable to see these variations.

These guidelines are for optimizing the analysis, but it's fine to submit clips even if they don't fully meet these recommendations. A good overall analysis of technology and improvement areas can still be carried out.

You can send your videos in several different ways. Choose the option that suits you best:

1. Send via Dropbox or Messenger:

  • Send a link to your Dropbox folder with the files to info@hedmansports.com, or send the clips directly via Messenger to Hedman Sports on Facebook .

2. Send via WeTransfer:

  1. Save the various clips in a specific folder , e.g. "Name ski technique classic"
  2. Compress the folder - create a zip file (On Mac: right-click on the folder and select "Compress". On Windows: right-click on the folder and select "Send to" → compressed folder.)
  3. Go to the website: www.wetransfer.com
  4. Select "upload file" and select the zip file you created (the folder you zipped).
  5. Send to info@hedmansports.com
  6. Fill in your email, add the title "Technical Analysis" and any message.
  7. Press SUBMIT (you may need to verify your email in connection with this).
  8. After you send the file, you will receive an email when we have downloaded the file. ATTENTION! If you have not received a confirmation that we have downloaded the file within 24 hours, please contact us .

In case of problems or questions regarding the transmission of the film, please contact us then we will help you.

Payment and booking are done separately. You can book your service and pay here via the website before, in connection with, or after completed booking, you can also pay on site via Swish. Read more about our payment options here .

CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CVV/CVC)

To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.

PROCESSING PAYMENT

The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.

Subscription Payments

Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Subscription payments cannot be made with Paypal or Klarna.

One-off payments

If you prefer, you can pay the full amount for your service at once. This option is available with all payment methods, including Paypal and Klarna with its partial payment option.
