Training, diet and psychology are all central parts of feeling good and performing at your peak. At Hedman Sports, we offer lectures in these areas, as well as in elite sports and topics related to cross-country skiing.

My name is Petter Hedman and I run Hedman Sports. With long experience in cross-country skiing at an elite level, a bachelor's degree in sports medicine and psychology, as well as a soon-to-be-completed dietitian training and a special sports teacher training, I share my knowledge and experiences. The combination of my sports career and academic background has given me a deep understanding of what is required to overcome obstacles and perform at the top based on one's own conditions - and I want to help others with that.

We offer lectures adapted to your specific needs and wishes. Although we mainly offer lectures in the Umeå region, we are open to organizing lectures in other locations in Västerbotten and around Sweden, based on the size of the assignment.
