My name is Petter Hedman, and I am dedicated to helping you reach your fitness and health goals. With a background as an elite skier, with bachelor's degrees in both sports medicine and psychology, as well as a soon-to-be trained dietician and special sports teacher, I combine theory and practice to offer you the best possible coaching. With my experience and extensive training, I have acquired a broad and deep understanding of how to optimize physical performance, promote health and mental well-being.

My passion is to help people develop and overcome challenges. I strive to create a personal and customized training experience that not only improves your performance, but also your well-being and quality of life.
