These terms apply to the use of www.hedmansports.com (the "Site"). Read all terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. By accepting the terms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Hedman Sports, organization number 19911219-3074. If you do not accept the terms, please refrain from using the website and its services/products.
Termination of user agreement:
If you wish to terminate your user agreement, you can terminate your account by contacting us via email at info@hedmansports.com . Once your account has been terminated, your User Agreement will terminate.
Update of Terms:
We may update these Terms on an ongoing basis to reflect changes in technology, business models, or legal requirements. We therefore recommend that you regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Changes will be posted at www.hedmansports.com/pages/terms-policies .
The purpose of this website is to provide information about Hedman Sports' products and services and to enable the booking of courses and lessons. The website also offers digital services, including training programs, digital courses, coaching and nutritional advice. The website is designed to be a secure, user-friendly and informative platform aimed at fulfilling the needs of users.
The website www.hedmansports.com is owned and administered by Hedman Sports, a legal entity based in Umeå, Sweden. All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, belong to Hedman Sports. The website content may not be reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Hedman Sports.
To register and use www.hedmansports.com, the following conditions must be met:
- Age and Consent : User must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
- Correct information : All information provided during registration must be correct and truthful.
- Personal account : The account must be used for personal use and must not be transferred or shared with others.
- Security : The account password must not be shared and the user is responsible for the security of their account.
- Disabled Accounts : Users whose accounts have previously been suspended due to violations may not re-register.
All material published on the website is protected under copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout and all other information about products and services. The material may not be used, copied or distributed without the written consent of Hedman Sports.
The prices stated for products and services on the website apply at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed. Hedman Sports reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable value added tax (VAT). The total price of the order will be shown before you complete the purchase and also in your order confirmation.
Individual payment:
For some products and services, the "Individual payment" option may be offered. This option should only be used if you have agreed to split the cost between you and pay separately.
Reservation for errors:
Hedman Sports strives for all information on the website to be accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in prices and other information. If an incorrect price has been entered for a product or service and a purchase has been made as a result, we will inform you of the error and cancel the purchase.
All information related to purchases and bookings, including payment methods, orders, gift cards, campaigns, booking conditions, right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and any special conditions for products and services, can be found under Purchase & booking conditions . We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking or purchase.
All participation in technique lessons and ski courses is at your own risk. In order to create a safe environment and reduce the risk of accidents, we have drawn up a safety policy. Take note of the following points for a safe environment.
General information & guidelines
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
- Driving against the direction of travel must be done with great attention.
- At gatherings, do not block the track.
- Leave space for other participants during technique exercises.
- Descending must be done carefully.
- Check your equipment.
- Notify the instructor if you notice any problems on the course.
- Follow the right-hand rule unless otherwise stated.
- Have a valid accident insurance.
- Stay home if you are sick.
Safety routines on roller skis
- Always wear a helmet.
- Drive on the right side of roads and follow traffic rules.
- Be careful with rod tips.
- Keep in mind that rain and leaves can make the ground slippery.
Hedman Sports handles personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on how we protect and manage your data, see our "Privacy Policy".
If a user violates these terms, Hedman Sports may suspend the user temporarily or permanently depending on the severity of the violation.
We strive to ensure that all information on the website is correct and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and are not responsible for damages that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Despite our efforts to maintain an error-free website, marketing materials and social channels, errors may occur in the form of inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information, including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, prices and audio and video. In such cases, we disclaim responsibility for damages arising from these errors, to the extent permitted by law, except if the damages are caused by gross negligence or intentional acts.
Images displayed on the website, in marketing materials or social channels are for illustration purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of the exact appearance or specifications of the product.
Hedman Sports is only responsible for damages that arise as a result of a breach of our contractual obligations towards you or in cases where our responsibility follows from mandatory legislation. If any incident caused by Hedman Sports results in injury to you, our liability is limited to reasonable and verifiable costs incurred as a result of our breach of contract or under applicable law.
We are not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of actions or omissions of third parties when using our products and services. Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for damages due to your carelessness in the use of our products.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages caused by incorrect or misleading information on the website. Our liability also does not cover indirect damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or business opportunities.
Force majeure
Hedman Sports is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war or other unforeseeable events.
The terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, you can turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN), and Hedman Sports undertakes to follow ARN's recommendations in the dispute resolution procedure.

Information concerning children
The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children. If a child of whom you are the guardian has submitted their personal data to us, you can contact us via the contact details below to request that they be deleted.
Until the date this Privacy Policy came into effect, we are not aware of having "shared" or "sold" (as defined in applicable law) personal data relating to persons under the age of 16.

International users
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal data outside the country where you live. Your personal data is also processed by staff and external service providers (third parties) and partners in these countries.
If we transfer your personal data out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent agreements from the relevant competent authority in the UK (as applicable) unless the data transfer is to a country deemed to ensure an adequate level of protection.

In terms of applicable data protection legislation, and unless otherwise expressly stated, we are the data controller of your personal data.
Purchase & booking conditions
Services such as technology lessons are booked through the website, and payment can be made separately. As a customer, you can choose to pay on the spot via Swish or in advance via the website. When booking and purchasing, it is your responsibility as a customer to enter correct contact details. To book or buy products, you must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent. Be careful to check that the booking details and purchase match your wishes before approval.
The online shop is available 24 hours a day, except during times of maintenance. When you complete a purchase and click "Finish Purchase" you are bound to your order. When the purchase is completed, a confirmation is displayed on the screen, and an e-mail is sent as a receipt. This confirmation is an automatic receipt of your purchase and does not mean that the order has been approved.
We reserve the right to refuse your purchase after the automatic confirmation has been sent. Once your purchase has been approved, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail, and only then will a binding agreement be established between you and Hedman Sports.
If you happen to enter incorrect information when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you correct the information. However, be sure to always review your order carefully before completing it.

We also offer payment against invoice. Payment is then made to bank giro number: 5457-0049. Swish number: 0762190403.
Card verification number (CVV/CVC):
To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.
Payment processing:
The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.
Subscription payments:
Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Subscription payments cannot be made with Paypal or Klarna.
Subscriptions involve a recurring charge with a specified frequency. Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:
- Cancellation of subscription can take place at any time if there is no binding period. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
- Binding time and frequency of payments are clearly displayed at the time of ordering. You are bound to the payments until the subscription ends.
If you have chosen a subscription option with a commitment period, you cannot terminate or pause the subscription until the commitment period has expired. Upon termination, the subscription continues at the same discounted price until terminated.
One-off payments
If you prefer, you can pay the full amount for your service at once. This option is available with all payment methods, including Paypal and Klarna with its partial payment option.
Important information
Only the payment methods listed above are accepted. Attempts to pay using other methods may result in lost payments or other problems, for which Hedman Sports is not responsible.
The gift cards sold via the website are digital. When purchasing, a code is sent via e-mail, which is used for payment by entering it at checkout. The gift card is valid for the purchase of all goods and services offered by Hedman Sports and is valid for two years from the date of issue. Please note that the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the case of campaigns, discount codes or other special offers, the favorable price or conditions apply during the specified time period or until stock runs out. As a rule, offers cannot be combined with other discounts. To use a discount code, enter it at checkout when paying. Discount codes that are personal may not be shared or misused. If a discount code is used improperly, Hedman Sports reserves the right to cancel the purchase and take the necessary measures.
Your booking becomes binding when Hedman Sports has approved your booking and sent a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder. If confirmation is not received, it is recommended that you contact us immediately to ensure that your booking has been correctly registered.
Prices for our services are not always displayed during the actual booking process. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check the current prices on the website before making a booking. Prices for all services are clearly stated on the respective product page.
A cancellation is considered valid only when a cancellation confirmation has been received by e-mail or telephone. For cancellations that take place less than a week before the booked service, it is recommended to contact us by phone to ensure that the cancellation has been registered.

Return and Refund Policy
Hedman Sports complies with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), which gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service or product has not been used or started during this period, or is subject to special conditions. For digital services, the right of withdrawal applies as long as the service has not been downloaded or started.
Please note that certain products and services may have exceptions to the right of withdrawal, according to our Special Terms and Conditions.
Certain goods and services offered by Hedman Sports are not covered by the usual 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). For these goods and services, instead, special conditions apply that may affect both your right of withdrawal and any refund.
For specific services and products, including but not limited to ski courses, technique lessons and online coaching, the right of withdrawal may be limited or eliminated depending on the nature of the service and when it has been started. It is therefore important that you read and understand the associated terms and conditions for each specific product or service before making a purchase.
More information about these exceptions and associated conditions can be found under the respective sections below.
Ski courses and ski school:
- Cancellation policy:
‣ More than 14 days before course start: Full refund.
‣ 7-14 days before the start of the course: 50% of the amount is refunded in the form of a digital gift card.
‣ Less than 7 days before the start of the course: No refund. - Transfer of course place: In the event of an obstacle, the course place can be transferred to another person after consultation with us.
- Canceled or lost course sessions: If the customer cancels a ski course or misses a course session, no compensation is given.
- Set course:
‣ Hedman Sports can cancel a course if there are not enough participants. In such a case, the entire course fee will be refunded.
‣ If the course leader is ill or injured and the entire course has to be cancelled, the entire course fee will be refunded. - Canceled course sessions: If a single course session has to be canceled by Hedman Sports, the course session and the entire course will be moved forward one week. Alternatively, the customer can choose to receive the sum for the canceled course session in the form of a gift card. The sum is calculated by dividing the course fee by the number of course sessions. Example: If the course costs SEK 1495 and has 4 sessions, a gift card of SEK 374 is given (1495/4).
The gift card is digital and will be sent via e-mail after completion of the course. It can be used to purchase all goods and services offered by Hedman Sports and is valid for two years from the date of issue. Please note that the gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
Technique lessons
- Started lesson series apply to the same person or group.
- The validity period for lesson series is 18 months.
- In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson, 50% of the price is charged.
- In case of no cancellation, 100% of the cost will be charged.
Technique lessons
In case of illness or accident, technique lessons can be rebooked at no extra cost, if a medical certificate is sent in within 30 days.
Ski courses
Interrupted ski courses or missed course sessions due to illness or accident are not refunded.
Longer illness/injury
In case of long-term illness or injury that prevents the execution of the booked service, exceptions can be made from the usual cancellation conditions, on presentation of a medical certificate.
Online coaching
Weeks where training programs have been delivered are considered used, even if you get sick. The program can be paused in case of illness, and the lost weeks are added to the end of the period at no extra cost. Payments continue according to the regular plan.
To cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires, that is, within 14 days from the time of purchase, unless the product or service is subject to special conditions. After the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days. The same payment method used for the purchase will be used for the refund. If this is not possible, we will contact you to agree on an alternative method. No fees are charged for the refund, provided that special conditions do not apply.
- Contact us : Send an email to info@hedmansports.com , include your order number and specify what you want to return.
- Processing the request : We will process your request within 2 working days.
- Approved return : In the event of an approved return, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you have used Klarna as a payment method, you can pause your invoice via the Klarna website or app while your return is processed. To report a return, log in to Klarna and follow their instructions to pause your invoice.
