The dietary consultation is designed to meet exactly your needs, regardless of what they are about. It can be about weight loss, performance, eating problems, health challenges or something else entirely. During the consultation, you will receive guidance and support tailored to your situation, with a focus on finding solutions that are practical, sustainable and adapted to your goals.

Each conversation is unique and can include anything from a basic review of your eating habits to in-depth conversations about how diet affects your health and well-being. You are always in focus, and the consultation is adapted to what is most important to you.

The return visit is an opportunity to follow up on how things have gone since our first consultation. Here we discuss your progress, adjust strategies and delve into issues that are important to you. The return visit is to provide you with continued support and guidance so that you can continue to develop and achieve your goals. You can book a return visit at any time after a new visit for continued support.

Practical info
  • The consultation takes approximately 45-60 minutes and is carried out digitally via Zoom or by telephone.
  • After the consultation, you have the opportunity to book a return visit for further support and follow-up.
  • If additional services are requested, such as a tailored diet program, this is provided at a reduced price.
  • Improve your eating habits: Meal order, plate model, portion sizes, meal suggestions, breakfast, snacks, fruits and vegetables.
  • Optimizing nutritional intake: Food choices, dietary fibre, fat quality, vitamins and minerals, protein sources, hydration.
  • Specific dietary needs: Vegetarian/vegan diet, gluten-free diet, lactose-free diet, hypoallergenic options, special diet for medical conditions (eg diabetes, celiac disease).
  • Diet during training and sports: Diet during strength training, diet during cardio training, carbohydrate loading, recovery goals, diet before, during and after competition.
  • Health and wellness: Foods that prevent illness, managing stomach problems (eg IBS), weight loss, weight gain, managing food allergies and intolerances.
  • Practical advice and strategies: Food economy, grocery shopping planning, cooking tips, food waste management, meal prepping, smart cooking for busy schedules.
  • Behavioral changes and motivation: Conscious eating, strategies for managing cravings, eating regularly, stress management linked to eating habits, building long-term healthy eating habits.
  • Other areas: Alcohol and its impact on health, fluid intake and hydration, understanding nutrition declarations, supplements and vitamins, balance between macronutrients (carbohydrates, fat, protein).
    • Initial conversation: We discuss your goals, needs and possible challenges.
    • Diet name: If relevant, we map your eating habits and diet history to identify areas for improvement.
    • Advice and guidance: Practical strategies and personalized recommendations to help you move forward.
    • Adaptation: Focus is placed on what is most relevant to you – performance, health, weight goals or something else.

    We also offer payment against invoice. Payment is then made to bank giro number: 5457-0049. Swish number: 0762190403.

    CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CVV/CVC)

    To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.

    PROCESSING PAYMENT

    The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.

    Subscription Payments

    Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:

    • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay)
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay

    Subscription payments cannot be made with Paypal or Klarna.

    One-off payments

    If you prefer, you can pay the full amount for your service at once. This option is available with all payment methods, including Paypal and Klarna with its partial payment option.

My extensive training and experience have given me a broad and deep understanding of how diet can be optimized to promote health and performance.
