Welcome to a skiing course in classic technique!

This course contains valuable information for you who want to develop your cross-country skiing and take your skiing skills to the next level.

The course is divided into two levels: Beginner and Ski Experience, so you can choose the one that best suits your prior knowledge and goals. Each course is 1.5 hours long and has only 8 places to maintain high quality teaching.

It includes:
  • An experienced instructor: A coach-trained and experienced elite skier as an instructor.
  • Valuable technique exercises: Get tips on several exercises that you can use to train with quality and continue to develop on your own.
  • Post-Lesson Summary: You'll get a summary of common mistakes and details to keep in mind sent to you after the lesson.
Beginner

Ideal for those new to cross-country skiing, whether you've just started or haven't skied in years. The course is based on the basics of the classical technique as well as improving balance and coordination. During the course, we will go through basic sub-techniques and carry out various exercises to help you feel confident on the skis.

Content:

  • Introduction to the basics of classical technique.
  • Technique exercises to improve balance and coordination.
  • Review of diagonal, staking and staking with offset.
  • Guidance and the possibility of personal feedback during the lesson.

After the course you will have:

  • Understanding of the most central sub-techniques within classical technology.
  • Knowledge of common mistakes that should be avoided in each sub-technique.
  • Was told which keys we should strive for in each sub-technology in order to be able to ride as energy-efficiently as possible.
  • Get tools and learn various technique exercises to be able to further develop your technique on your own.
Experienced

Perfect for those who already have more experience with cross-country skiing and want to fine-tune and develop their technique further. This course goes deeper into the technical details and includes more challenging exercises aimed at improving your skiing technique.

  • Immersion in technical details within classical technology.
  • Challenging technique exercises for balance and coordination.
  • Focus on driving energy-efficiently and efficiently.
  • Guidance and the possibility of personal feedback during the lesson.

After the course you will have:

  • Deeper understanding of technical details in classical technology.
  • Knowledge of common technical mistakes that should be avoided.
  • Increased knowledge regarding ski technique and efficiency.

Beginner:
Experienced:

The beginner group is ideal for those who are new to cross-country skiing, whether you have just started or haven't skied for many years.

This course focuses on the basics as well as improving balance and coordination. During the course, we will go through basic sub-techniques as well as carry out various exercises to help you feel confident on the skis.

Note: If you have never stood on a pair of skis, we recommend that you try this a couple of times before the start of the course to get the most out of the course.

The "Experienced" group is designed for those of you who already have experience with cross-country skiing and want to fine-tune and develop your technique further .

This course goes deeper into the technical details and includes exercises aimed at developing this. We will, among other things, focus on developing your balance, coordination and skiing technique through challenging and carefully designed exercises.

CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CVV/CVC)

To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.

PROCESSING PAYMENT

The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.

Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:
