4-week subscription:
- Binding period: None - Cancel or pause whenever you want.
- Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
- Commitment period: 12 weeks (3 payments).
- Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
- Discount offered (see specific package for further details)
- After 12 weeks, you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
- The subscription continues automatically with the same discount until you cancel it.
24-week subscription:
- Commitment period: 24 weeks (6 payments).
- Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
- Discount offered (see specific package for further details)
- After 24 weeks you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
- The subscription will automatically continue after 24 weeks at the same discounted price until you cancel it.
52 weeks / Annual subscription:
- Commitment period: 1 year (12 payments).
- Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit.
- Discount offered (see specific package for further details)
- After one year, you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
- The subscription will automatically continue after one year at the same discounted price until you cancel it.

Subscription payments cannot be made with PayPal or Klarna.

Subscriptions are handled through Subify, and you select your preferred payment method at checkout, see which payment options are available under the "Payment Options" tab.
One-off payments
- Pay the full amount at once without committing to a subscription.
- Available for all our payment options, including PayPal and Klarna with its installment options.

We also offer payment against invoice. Payment is then made to bank giro number: 5457-0049. Swish number: 0762190403.
CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CVV/CVC)
To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.
PROCESSING PAYMENT
The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.
Subscription Payments
Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Subscription payments cannot be made with Paypal or Klarna.
One-off paymentsIf you prefer, you can pay the full amount for your service at once. This option is available with all payment methods, including Paypal and Klarna with its partial payment option.

My name is Petter Hedman, and I am dedicated to helping you reach your fitness and health goals. With a background as an elite skier, with bachelor's degrees in both sports medicine and psychology, as well as a soon-to-be trained dietician and special sports teacher, I combine theory and practice to offer you the best possible coaching. With my experience and extensive training, I have acquired a broad and deep understanding of how to optimize physical performance, promote health and mental well-being.
My passion is to help people develop and overcome challenges. I strive to create a personal and customized training experience that not only improves your performance, but also your well-being and quality of life. Together, we can set realistic and motivating goals, create a sustainable plan to achieve them, and celebrate your successes along the way.
