The Monthly Momentum package is designed for those who want regular follow-up and support to ensure you are making progress towards your goals. This package will help you stay on track and focused. Whether you already have an exercise program or just need someone to track your exercise habits, this package gives you structured check-ins and valuable feedback.

Arrangement
  1. Start-up meeting & advice Our consultation starts the process where we do a current situation analysis and discuss your goals and conditions as well as any limitations. The consultation takes about 45 minutes and can be easily booked via our appointment booking. If it is difficult to find a time that suits you, you can alternatively fill in a detailed questionnaire by email.

  2. Monthly follow-ups At each monthly follow-up, we discuss your recent progress, identify any problems and adjust the plan if necessary. These calls are a chance for you to get feedback, ask questions and ensure that you continue to develop according to plan. Each conversation lasts about 45 minutes and provides a structured opportunity to reflect on what works and what can be improved.

  3. Support During the course of the program, you can contact me via e-mail if you have any questions. I will respond within 48 hours and help guide, motivate and ensure you stay on course. This continuous support ensures that you never feel alone in your journey and that you always have access to support when needed.

  • Log & track food: Get the option to log and track your food intake in the app. By doing this, you can gain a better insight into your eating habits and how they affect your energy and performance, helping you make good choices and improve your results.

Weekly Verve

Content:

  • Start-up meeting & advice: An initial consultation to discuss your goals and needs.
  • Follow-up & evaluation: Regular follow-up and evaluation with weekly guidance & feedback.
  • Support & access to coach: Unlimited support with answers within 12 hours via the app or email, as well as access to a coach by phone.
  • Motivational Check-ins: Get regular motivational check-ins between follow-ups to keep you on track and focused.
  • Log & track training: Get the option to log and track your training in the app. This increases awareness of your development and allows me as a coach to follow up on your progress, which can provide extra motivation and support.
  • Log & track food: Get the option to log and track your food intake in the app. By doing this, you can gain a better insight into your eating habits and how they affect your energy and performance, helping you make good choices and improve your results.
  • Access to 100's of Recipes: Explore hundreds of recipes with nutritional calculations and select recipes based on specific diets and preferences. This helps you find meals that suit your needs and goals, making it easier to stick to a healthy and balanced diet.

4-week subscription:

  • Binding period: None - Cancel or pause whenever you want.
  • Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
12-week subscription:
  • Commitment period: 12 weeks (3 payments).
  • Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
  • Discount offered (see specific package for further details)
  • After 12 weeks, you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
  • The subscription continues automatically with the same discount until you cancel it.

24-week subscription:

  • Commitment period: 24 weeks (6 payments).
  • Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit
  • Discount offered (see specific package for further details)
  • After 24 weeks you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
  • The subscription will automatically continue after 24 weeks at the same discounted price until you cancel it.

52 weeks / Annual subscription:

  • Commitment period: 1 year (12 payments).
  • Payment: Every four weeks via direct debit.

  • After one year, you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription.
  • The subscription will automatically continue after one year at the same discounted price until you cancel it.

CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CVV/CVC)

To prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter the CVV/CVC number when paying by card. For Visa, Mastercard and Maestro this is a three-digit number on the back of the card, and for American Express it is a four-digit number on the front.

PROCESSING PAYMENT

The amount is deducted from your card in connection with the order being completed. For Klarna payments, the conditions you have chosen (Pay now, later or partial payment) apply.

Subscription Payments

Some services and products are offered with subscription options. The subscriptions are managed via Subify and the following payment methods are accepted:

One-off payments

With a background as an elite skier, with bachelor's degrees in both sports medicine and psychology, as well as a soon-to-be trained dietician and special sports teacher, I combine theory and practice to offer you the best possible coaching. With my experience and extensive training, I have acquired a broad and deep understanding of how to optimize physical performance, promote health and mental well-being.

My passion is to help people develop and overcome challenges. I strive to create a personal and customized training experience that not only improves your performance, but also your well-being and quality of life.
